Al Ghurair Printing & Publishing (AGPP) was proud winner of four prestigious prizes at the annual Dubai International Print Awards organized by Dubai Chamber of Commerce. The event took place on April 9 at The Madinat Jumeirah's Johara Ballroom in Dubai.
AGPP bagged Gold in the PrintWeek Directory 2013 category and a Silver Award in the category of Catalogue Digital Printing. It also received 2 Bronze Awards in Card Digital Printing and the Newspaper category. Up against over 1,000 entries from across the region – including the Middle East, India, Iran, Lebanon, Pakistan, Egypt and Tunisia – there was stiff competition, but Al Ghurair Printing & Publishing emerged winners.
Held under the Patronage of H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the event was held in collaboration with the Dubai Chamber and organized by its Printing and Publishing Group. Now in its seventh year, the 2013 edition of the Dubai International Print Award (DIPA) received a record number of entries. DIPA is the largest event of its kind in the region, setting out to recognize exceptional talent, innovation and excellence in the regional printing industry.
